new prints + a treasury

a couple of new prints finished in the last couple of days ~ actually i had fun making them at home alone while most of melbourne went crazy for football! i'm so happy to be in my own space on days like these.

i have really missed making my saturday shopping list posts ~ it just seems too much to try to fit it in before the cricket day starts!! maybe in a month or so i will get back to it. in the mean time i'm enjoying making etsy treasuries. . . i can easily add to the 'project' a little at a time.
and i guess i can't help that they tie in with what i'm working on {loosely!}.

treasury: a walk through these woods

i caught a treasury this morning. clicking on the image = visiting the treasury :)

i got this treasury last night~ it has been sitting in postersketch for quite a while!
and my calendar is in this one ~ a great idea for a treasury i think, thanku to knots :)


today we are back to 'normal' with the start of the new school term ~ am stealing a moment here {a cheesy bear is on tv singing to my kids ~ must go save them}!
also the cricket season has started! it's ok i guess, as the trade off for less work time is a happier hubby . . . and it's only fair :)

i had this treasury ready to go for more than a week but kept missing the opening ~ until lastnight! take a squizz :)

found & finished

i often finish or almost finish work and have them sit in my folder for a little while while i get used to them or decide how i feel about them. it's part of making new images for me – sometimes they gel with me as i'm working and i just have a knowing/familiar feeling about them and other times i need some time to get to know them!

. . . here is community of peaceful souls who love to watch the grasses move in the breeze and the colours slowly change from the loungeroom window . . .
they're in the shop :)
