have been wanting to use the orange and pink together for ages.
the white yarn is my new favourite – the softest felted lambswool. . .

newest member of the family

the two fleischers. the little one is an anniversary present for hubby and the big one is now in the shop
they are mini toy portraits of our youngest son! when i carry him on my hip and he looks directly in front he looks just like this!

small pleasures

it was a week of viral attack on our 2 children. the type of virus that goes full circle each day and when you think it's all over it hits again. we made it through and i think how lucky we are that it was only temporary.
i bought 2 of these clips which came in the mail – by made by maude. they are very sweet.

our new purse

thanku to sam for the lovely blink purse.
my 3 year old son took this one from the letterbox, opened it and said 'ooh, it's my new purse', ran into his room and came back with coins from his toy cash register. we might share it!
