happy heart day for yesterday!
i had a roller coaster ride of a day ~ i had my annual mammogram {my mum had breast cancer at 32} in the morning, which i passed. a huge build up of stress/anxiety followed by the relief of good news ~ it's very grounding! and kind of ironic, in a good way, to go through this on valentines day . . . a quiet, inner celebration of being in the here and now with my loved ones!
we also watched 'the kids are all right' which was really great. have you seen it?

It sounds like quite a roller coaster of a day. Thank goodness! I just saw that film last week. I liked it a lot but didn't love it. I think I was expecting too much after all the amazing reviews. I hhope you have the happiest week now that the yukky stuff has been dealt with.

I hate going to the dr. even when it's just a normal visit...so glad everything's ok.

I'm so very glad to hear your mammogram was OK. There's nothing like the stress (and relief) of a medical test to sharpen one's appreciation of what we have.

Yay for good medical news! I'm so glad for you, Belinda. I know all about feeling sick in the stomach waiting for the results and the relief afterwards is hard to describe!
